[Expo Highlights] Facheng Haoxin Joins Forces with Sasaki Factory to Make a Stunning Appearance at INTERPHEX WEEK TOKYO 2026

INTERPHEX WEEK TOKYO 2026 came to a successful close at Makuhari Messe after a three-day exhibition from May 20 to 22. For the first time, Facheng Haoxin and Sasaki Factory presented a joint booth, demonstrating the combined strengths of Sino-Japanese clean fluid engineering to professionals across the global pharmaceutical industry.

The exhibition brought together approximately 950 exhibitors and attracted over 35,000 professional visitors. The joint booth of Facheng Haoxin and Sasaki Factory was constantly crowded with guests, covering local Japanese pharmaceutical enterprises and biotechnology companies, as well as industry practitioners from 25 countries and regions including South Korea and Southeast Asia.

As an expert in clean fluid system engineering services, Facheng Haoxin’s showcased mobile liquid preparation tank became a major highlight and drew great attention from biopharmaceutical professionals. Featuring integrated modular and mobile design, this equipment solves common pain points of traditional stationary liquid preparation systems, such as large footprint, poor flexibility for batch switching and complex cleaning validation work.

In practical business operations, Facheng Haoxin has provided services for more than 200 renowned pharmaceutical enterprises at home and overseas. In the CDMO field, we delivered a complete 30,000-liter liquid preparation system for a leading domestic biopharmaceutical company. The largest single liquid preparation tank in this project reaches 45,000 liters, which ranks as the largest production capacity configuration of its kind in China so far. In the vaccine industry, we supplied liquid preparation systems for chickenpox vaccine production. In synthetic biology, we provided a full set of fermentation solutions including fermenters, liquid preparation systems, CIP systems and automatic control systems for a top domestic collagen manufacturer. We also delivered a 1,000-liter fermentation system for a global industrial synthetic biotechnology enterprise dedicated to sustainable biomanufacturing. Furthermore, we supplied upstream fermentation systems, downstream purification & liquid preparation systems and CIP systems for the world’s only manufacturer that can industrially produce full-length, stable triple-helix recombinant human Type III collagen.

This joint exhibition is the first public appearance of Facheng Haoxin and Sasaki Factory after launching the strategic cooperation. Together, we provide clients with full-process clean fluid solutions ranging from design to on-site delivery.
